Making the Most of Your Time With Us
Appointments
- Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated so that you may receive your full service and so that our other guests are not
inconvenienced.
 On any spa and package day services, please arrive 15 minutes prior
to your appointment. This will allow you time to check in, receive your locker and prepare for your service. - To ensure you get an appointment when you want and with whom you want, we recommend you pre-book your next service prior to leaving the salon.
- If you feel you would be more comfortable or better served by another staff member, please let us know. Sometimes a change in style or
stylist maybe refreshing. Do not assume you are hurting your stylists feelings, because we are, believe in, and work as a team.
Gratuities
- Cannot be added to VISA or MasterCard.
- Prices do not include gratuities unless noted and are subject tochange without notice.

For Your Comfort
- All ASE Spa Services come with a spa robe, slippers and separate facilities for men & women. Showers are available for your use
before and after your treatments.
- We request that you disclose any medical conditions and/or prescription medications you are taking, as some services may be
contra-indicated.
- In keeping with our commitment to cleanliness, safety and hygiene, we sterilize and sanitize equipment for all services and
treatments.
- Because we are concerned about your health and beauty as well as our environment, our salon and spa are smoke-free.
- We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage of personal articles. Please keep all valuables with you during your
appointments.

Salon Policies
- To maintain the tranquil environment our Spa promotes, We ask that you maintain quiet conversations in all area's in the Spa. Please turn off
all cell phones and pagers. Others are here to relax, you should too.
- Spa outings, spa packages, Massage, and Facial appointment's must be reserved with a credit card.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- For their safety and for the comfort of our clients, children are absolutely not allowed in the spa.
- Spa services are available to those 15 and older.
- Gift Certificates are valid for 365 days from the date of issue and are redeemable for services and products only, not redeemable for cash or
charge card credit.
- Please do not leave any children unattended in either salons unless they are receiving services.
- Ask about our referral program.
- We can not be responsible for lost or misplaced gift certificates.
Cancellations
- Hair or nail appointments - Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you find it necessary to cancel.
- Spa services - we require 24 hours notice or the full service will be charged to your credit card.
- Spa packages - this time is reserved exclusively for you.
- If you are unable to make your appointment please call
24 hours prior to avoid a $50% cancellation fee. no-shows will be charged the full amount of the service. This policy allows others to enjoy our services.
